January 1, 2007 -Topper Limousine today announced that it has consummated the acquisition of Luxury Atlanta Limousine, a leading provider of chauffeured vehicle services nationwide.

Luxury Atlanta Limousine, which is based in Marietta, Georgia, provides chauffeured vehicle services to major hotels, airlines, and other corporate customers in the Atlanta metropolitan area, and nationally through its service provider network of more than 300 affiliates.

This is an important acquisition for Topper Limousine because Luxury Atlanta Limousine adds significant strategic value to core business as Atlanta’s leading provider of chauffeured vehicle services. Topper Limousine further consolidates the chauffeur-driven business in the Atlanta area, which is one of the largest chauffeured vehicle service markets in the world. They also enhance their acquisition with Luxury Atlanta Limousine’s network of approximately 300 affiliates and they strengthen their diverse customer base through Luxury Atlanta Limousine’s contract service with many premium hotels and airlines.
